异位妊娠早期治疗与常规治疗的预后评价

Prognosis evaluation of ectopic pregnancy with early treatment and conventional treatment

目的探讨异位妊娠早期治疗与常规治疗对患者预后的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月于本院就诊的100例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,采取计算机随机分组的方式分为对照组与实验组,每组50例。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组给予早期治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗满意度、治疗后激素指标水平。结果实验组治疗总有效率为82.00%,高于对照组的56.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗满意度为90.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E_(2))、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取早期保守治疗方式治疗异位妊娠患者效果显著,能最大程度保留患者的生育能力,改善激素指标水平与预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of early treatment and conventional treatment on the prognosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by computer random grouping,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given early conservative treatment.The clinical efficacy,treatment satisfaction and hormone index level after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 82.00%,higher than 56.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than 72.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P)andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early conservative treatment is effective in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients,which can preserve the fertility and life health of patients to the greatest extent,improve the level of hormone indicators and prognosis,worthy of clinical application.
