大环内酯类抗生素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of macrolide antibiotic sequential therapy for mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的探讨大环内酯类抗生素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎中的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月本院收治的80例小儿支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,观察组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及咳嗽、发热、肺啰音症状消失时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽、肺啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论大环内酯类抗生素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效显著,能改善患儿临床症状,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of macrolide antibiotic sequential therapy for mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 80 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin intravenous drip,and the observation group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and disappearance time of cough,fever and lung rale were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of fever,cough and lung rale in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%,lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The sequential therapy of macrolide antibiotics is effective and safe in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.
