鼻中隔软骨联合部分筛骨垂直板在鼻尖整形中的应用效果

Application of nasal septal cartilage combined with partial ethmoid vertical plate in nasal tip shaping

目的探究鼻中隔软骨联合部分筛骨垂直板在鼻尖整形中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5至2020年5月本院接收的92例行鼻尖整形者作为研究对象,对所选病例均予以鼻中隔软骨联合部分筛骨垂直板进行治疗。以鼻尖整形效果、患者整形满意度、并发症率为判定指标,分析经整形治疗后取得效果情况。结果治疗后,患者鼻尖高于治疗前,鼻长长于治疗前,鼻尖两顶尖距离短于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。92例行鼻尖整形者总满意率为90.22%(83/92)。有3例鼻尖发红,4例感染。结论在鼻尖整形中应用鼻中隔软骨联合部分筛骨垂直板能有效提高患者鼻尖美观性,降低术后并发症发生率,提高整形满意度。

Objective To To explore the application effect of the nasal septum cartilage combined with partial ethmoid vertical plate in nasal tip shaping.Methods 92 patients undergoing nasal tip plastic surgery received from our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as research subjects,all selected cases were treated with nasal septal cartilage combined with partial ethmoid vertical plates.The results of nose plastic surgery,patient satisfaction with plastic surgery,and complication rates were used as indicators and analyze the results obtained after plastic surgery.Results After treatment,the nose tip was higher than before treatment,the nose length was longer than before treatment,and the distance between the two tips of the nose was shorter than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among 92 patients undergoing nose surgery,the overall satisfaction rate was 90.22%(83/92).Among 92 patients who underwent nasal tip plastic surgery,there were 3 cases of red nose and 4 cases of infection.Conclusion The application of nasal septal cartilage combined with part of the ethmoid vertical plate in nasal tip plastic surgery can effectively improve the aesthetics of the patient's nose tip,and can also reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the satisfaction of beauty seekers.
