磁共振对早产儿脑损伤的临床诊断效果分析

摘要 目的分析磁共振对早产儿脑损伤的临床诊断效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年3月于本院高危儿管理门诊就诊的35例脑损伤早产儿作为研究对象,患者均接受核磁共振及超声检查。比较两组漏诊、误诊、符合率及诊断满意度,比较不同序列检出情况。结果两组漏诊、误诊率比较差异无统计学意义;磁共振组符合率高于超声组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规序列+DWI检出符合率为97.14%,高于常规序列的77.14%、DWI的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3种检查方法检出符合率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组诊断速度、诊断结果比较差异无统计学意义;磁共振组诊断安全、诊断结果评分均高于超声组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁共振检查诊断符合率更为准确,患儿监护人更相信磁共振检查结果,DWI联合常规系列可预防漏诊情况,提高脑损伤鉴别符合率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of brain injury in preterm infants.Methods 35 premature infants with brain injury who were treated in the high-risk infant management clinic of our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,all patients received magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound examination.The missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis,coincidence rate and diagnostic satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the detection rate of different sequences was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis between the two groups.The coincidence rate of MRI group was higher than that of ultrasound group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of conventional sequence+DWI was 97.14%,which was higher than 77.14%of conventional sequence and 82.86%of DWI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the coincidence rate between the three methods(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diagnostic speed and diagnostic results between the two groups.The scores of diagnostic safety and diagnostic results in the magnetic resonance group were higher than those in the ultrasound group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic coincidence rate of magnetic resonance examination is more accurate,and the guardians of children believe the results of magnetic resonance examination more.DWI combined with conventional series can prevent missed diagnosis and improve the identification coincidence rate of brain injury,which is worthy of clinical application.
