寿胎丸加减联合氨甲环酸治疗肾虚型先兆流产合并宫腔积血的疗效

Effect of modified Shoutai pill combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of kidney deficiency type threatened abortion complicated with uterine hemorrhage

目的探讨寿胎丸加减联合氨甲环酸治疗肾虚型先兆流产合并宫腔积血的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月上饶卫校附属医院接收的80例肾虚型先兆流产合并宫腔积血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。两组均行常规治疗,对照组给予氨甲环酸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予寿胎丸加减治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候评分、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)及孕酮水平。结果治疗2周后,两组中医证候评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组HCG及孕酮水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组未发生严重不良反应。结论寿胎丸加减联合氨甲环酸治疗肾虚型先兆流产合并宫腔积血患者疗效显著,可有效调节孕酮、HCG水平,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Shoutai pill combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of kidney deficiency type threatened abortion complicated with uterine hemorrhage.Methods 80 patients with threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type combined with uterine hematosis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shangrao Health School from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups received conventional treatment,the control group was given tranexamic acid treatment,and the observation group was given modified Shoutai pill treatment on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)and progesterone before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of HCG and progesterone in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shoutai pill combined with tranexamic acid is effective in the treatment of kidney deficiency type threatened abortion complicated with uterine hemorrhage,which can effectively regulate the levels of progesterone and HCG,with high safety,and is worthy of clinical application.
