厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined withamlodipine in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension

目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2020年8月于本院治疗的86例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为联用组与单用组,各43例。单用组给予厄贝沙坦治疗,联用组在单用组基础上联合氨氯地平片治疗,比较两组舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及空腹胰岛素。结果治疗后,联用组DBP、SBP水平均低于单用组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联用组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均低于单用组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联用组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于单用组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联用组空腹胰岛素水平低于单用组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者疗效显著,可有效控制血压、血糖水平,改善血脂指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension.Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hypertension treated in our hospital from March 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into combination group and single group,with 43 cases in each group.The single treatment group was treated with irbesartan,and the combined treatment group was treated with amlodipine tablets on the basis of the single treatment group.Diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting insulin were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of DBP and SBP in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the combined treatment group were lower than those of the single treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting insulin level of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension has significant efficacy can effectively control blood pressure and blood sugar level,improve blood lipid indexes,which is worthy of clinical application.
