阿司匹林联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效及对患者性激素水平的影响

Efficacy of aspirin combined with letrozole in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on level of sex hormone

目的探究阿司匹林(ASP)联合来曲唑(LE)治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月常德市第一人民医院生殖中心收治的96例PCOS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用ASP联合枸橼酸氯米芬(CC)治疗,观察组采用ASP联合LE治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素[孕酮激素(P)、促黄体素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]水平、妊娠结局。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组P、LH、FSH、E_(2)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组P、LH、FSH、E_(2)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠率为50.00%,高于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ASP联合LE治疗PCOS效果显著,能改善性激素水平,提高妊娠率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and effect of aspirin(ASP)combined with letrozole(LE)in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and its effect on the level of sex hormones.Methods A total of 96 patients with PCOS admitted to the Reproductive Center of Changde First People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ASP combined with clomifene(CC),and the observation group was treated with ASP combined with LE,the clinical efficacy,levels of sex hormones(progesterone hormone[P],luteinizing hormone[LH],follicle-stimulating hormone[FSH],estradiol[E_(2)])and pregnancy outcome before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 81.25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in levels of P,LH,FSH and E_(2) between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of P,LH,FSH and E_(2) in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate in the observation group was 50.00%,which was higher than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ASP combined with LE has significant effect in the treatment of PCOS,can improve the level of sex hormones and increase the pregnancy rate,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
