戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片联合坤泰胶囊治疗更年期综合征的效果观察

Observation of the effect of estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone tablets combined with Kuntai capsules in the treatment of menopausal syndrome

目的探讨戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片联合坤泰胶囊治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效及对患者血清性激素水平和肝功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月于本院治疗的84例更年期综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组给予克龄蒙片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清性激素[雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)]水平和肝功能[天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)]水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.62%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组E_(2)、FSH和LH水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组E_(2)水平均高于治疗前,FSH和LH水平均低于治疗前,且观察组E_(2)水平高于对照组,FSH和LH水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后AST、ALT水平比较差异无统计学意义。结论戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片联合坤泰胶囊治疗更年期综合征疗效确切,能有效改善患者血清性激素水平,且对肝功能无明显影响,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of climen combined with Kuntai capsule in the treatment of menopausal syndrome and its effect on serum sex hormone levels and liver function.Methods A total of 84 patients with menopausal syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with climen tablets,and the observation group was given Kuntai capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum sex hormones(estradiol[E_(2)],follicle-stimulating hormone[FSH],luteinizing hormone[LH])and liver function(aspartate aminotransferase[AST],alanine aminotransferase[ALT])levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in E_(2),FSH and LH levels between the two groups;after treatment,the E_(2) levels in the two groups were higher than that before treatment,the FSH and LH levels were lower than those before treatment,and the E_(2) levels in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the FSH and LH levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of AST and ALT between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion Climen combined with Kuntai capsules is effective in the treatment of menopausal syndrome can effectively improve the serum sex hormone level of patients,and has no significant effect on liver function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
