C反应蛋白和血管紧张素转化酶与D-二聚体联合检测在妊娠高血压病情发展评估中应用价值

Application value of combined detection of C-reactive protein,angiotensin-converting enzyme and D-dimer in the evaluation of the development of gestational hypertension

目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)、血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)、D-二聚体(D-D)联合检测在妊娠高血压病情发展评估中应用价值。方法选取2019年7月至2021年5月本院收治的40例妊娠高血压患者作为研究组,另选取同期于本院产检的40名健康孕妇作为对照组,两组均进行CRP、ACE、D-D检测,比较两组CRP、ACE、D-D水平和研究组重度与轻度子痫前期CRP、ACE、D-D水平及并发症发生率。结果研究组CRP、ACE、D-D水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组轻度子痫前期患者CRP、ACE、D-D水平均低于重度子痫前期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组重度子痫前期患者并发症发生率为50.0%,高于轻度子痫前期患者的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CRP、ACE、D-D联合检测可评估妊娠高血压病情发展情况,对临床治疗妊娠期高血压疾病有一定预测作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of combined detection of C-reactive protein(CRP),angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE),and D-dimer(D-D)in the evaluation of the development of gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 40 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study group,and 40 healthy pregnant women who had prenatal examination during the same period were selected as the control group,the CRP,ACE and D-D were compared between the two groups,the levels of CRP,ACE and D-D in the two groups,and the levels of CRP,ACE and D-D and the incidence of complications in the severe and mild preeclampsia in the study group were compared.Results The levels of CRP,ACE and D-D in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,ACE and D-D in patients with mild preeclampsia in the study group were lower than those in patients with severe preeclampsia,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in patients with severe preeclampsia in the study group was 50.0%,which was higher than 20.0%in patients with mild preeclampsia,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of CRP,ACE and D-D can evaluate the development of pregnancy-induced hypertension,and has a certain predictive effect on the clinical treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
