小儿手足口病T淋巴细胞和免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4的表达及检测价值

Expression and detection value of T lymphocytes,immunoglobulins and complement C3 and C4 in pediatric hand,foot and mouth disease

目的探究小儿手足口病T淋巴细胞、免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4的表达及检测价值。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月本院收治的50例手足口病患儿作为研究组,另选取同期50名健康体检儿童作为对照组。比较两组T淋巴细胞(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))水平、免疫球蛋白[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)]水平与补体C3、C4水平。结果研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均低于对照组,且CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组IgA、IgG水平均低于对照组,且IgM水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组补体C3、C4水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手足口病患儿T淋巴细胞、免疫球蛋白与补体C3、C4水平与健康幼儿之间存在差异,临床可根据免疫球蛋白和T淋巴细胞水平判断患儿病情。

Objective To investigate the expression and detection value of T lymphocytes,immunoglobulins and complement C3 and C4 in children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods A total of 50 children with HFMD admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the study group,and another 50 healthy children during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of T lymphocytes(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)),immunoglobulins(immunoglobulin A[IgA],immunoglobulin G[IgG],immunoglobulin M[IgM])and complement C3 and C4 levels were compared between the two groups.Results The CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+) levels were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IgA and IgG in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the IgM levels were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences between the levels of T lymphocytes,immunoglobulins and complement C3 and C4 in children with HFMD and healthy children,and medical staff can judge the conditions of children according to the immunoglobulins and T lymphocytes levels.
