视网膜眼底光凝治疗糖尿病眼底病变及视网膜静脉阻塞性疾病的效果观察

Observation on the effect of retinal photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy and retinal vein occlusion

目的探讨视网膜眼底光凝治疗糖尿病眼底病变及视网膜静脉阻塞性疾病的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年5月抚州市第一人民医院收治的48例糖尿病眼底病变及视网膜静脉阻塞性疾病患者作为研究对象,按入院顺序尾数的单双数分为光凝组和常规组,每组24例。常规组采用复方血栓通软胶囊口服治疗,光凝组采用单波长绿激光视网膜眼底光凝治疗,比较两组临床疗效、视力改善情况、症状改善时间。结果光凝组治疗总有效率为87.50%,明显高于常规组的58.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,光凝组视力改善有效率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);光凝组视力下降率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);光凝组视网膜出血、视网膜水肿、视力模糊、流泪等症状改善时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视网膜眼底光凝治疗糖尿病眼底病变及视网膜静脉阻塞性疾病的疗效确切,可改善患者视力,促进症状缓解,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of retinal fundus photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic fundus disease and retinal vein occlusive disease.Methods A total of 48 patients with diabetic fundus disease and retinal vein occlusion disease admitted to the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into photocoagulation group and conventional group according to the single and even numbers of the mantissa in the order of admission,with 24 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with compound Xueshuantong soft capsule,and the photocoagulation group was treated with single-wavelength green laser retinal fundus photocoagulation,and the clinical efficacy,visual improvement and symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the photocoagulation group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than 58.33%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the effective rate of visual acuity improvement in the photocoagulation group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the visual acuity loss rate in the photocoagulation group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement time of retinal hemorrhage,retinal edema,blurred vision,and tearing in the photocoagulation group was shorter than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of retinal fundus photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic fundus lesions and retinal vein occlusive diseases is definite,which can improve the vi-sion of patients and promote symptom relief,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
