广州南部三级甲等综合医院员工2016至2018年体检结果对比分析

A comparative analysis of the physical examination results of staff in Guangzhou Southern Grade A Grade Ⅲ General Hospital from 2016 to 2018

目的了解广州南部三级甲等综合医院员工2016年至2018年的体检结果情况。方法整理分析2016年1月至2018年12月广州南部某三级甲等综合医院员工连续3年的体检结果,比较员工身体状况变化。结果高尿酸血症(38.4%)、总胆固醇(TC)偏高(34.8%)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)偏高(25.3%)、三酰甘油(TG)偏高(12.6%)及胆囊息肉(10.2%)是该院员工健康主要问题。高尿酸血症(P_(for trend)<0.001)、肝囊肿(P_(for trend)=0.003)检出率呈上升趋势,TC偏高(P_(for trend)<0.001)呈下降趋势。男性高尿酸血症、LDL-C偏高、TG偏高、胆囊息肉、超重的检出率均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院需针对性加强员工的健康教育和健康促进。

Objective To understand the physical examination results of employees in Guangzhou Southern Grade A Grade Ⅲ General Hospital from 2016 to 2018.Methods The physical examination results of employees in a third-grade grade A general hospital in southern Guangzhou for three consecutive years from January 2016 to December 2018 were analyzed to compare the changes in their physical conditions.Results Hyperuricemia(38.4%),high total cholesterol(TC)(34.8%),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)(25.3%),triglyceride(TG)(12.6%)and gallbladder polyps(10.2%)were the main health problems of staff in the hospital.The detection rates of hyperuricemia(P_(for trend)<0.001)and hepatic cyst(P_(for trend)=0.003)showed an increasing trend,while high TC(P_(for trend)<0.001)showed decreasing trend.The detection rates of hyperuricemia,elevated LDL-C,elevated TG,gallbladder polyp and overweight in males were higher than those in females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospitals need to strengthen health education and health promotion.
