柴胡四物加味汤联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Chaihu Siwu Jiawei decoction combined with concurrent radiotherapy and chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer

目的分析柴胡四物加味汤联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的70例中晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用放化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合柴胡四物加味汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、T细胞亚群水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的77.14%,连续完成率为100.00%,高于对照组的88.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡四物加味汤联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者,可有效改善预后,提升患者治疗耐受性。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chaihu Siwu Jiawei decoction combined with concurrent radiotherapy and chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods 70 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Chaihu Siwu Jiawei decoction.The clinical efficacy,T cell subsets and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,higher than 77.14% of the control group,and the continuous completion rate was 100.00%,higher than 88.57% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding Chaihu Siwu Jiawei decoction on the basis of radiotherapy and chemotherapy can effectively improve the prognosis and enhance the tolerance of patients with advanced cervical cancer.
