某卫生学校教职工及学生对新型冠状病毒肺炎的认知调查

Investigation on cognition of staff and students of a health school to corona virus disease 2019

目的了解某卫生学校教职工及学生对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的认知情况,为开展COVID-19持久防控提供指导依据。方法选取2020年9—10月某卫生学校教职工127名和学生470名,采用自行设计的COVID-19知识问卷调查其对COVID-19的认知情况。结果教职工和学生对COVID-19知识整体回答正确率分别为84.4%和78.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教职工和学生应对COVID-19的基本技能整体掌握率分别为83.0%和76.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),教职工仅口罩废弃时间掌握率低于80%,而学生仅科学洗手一项高于80%。教职工获取COVID-19知识来源的途径中电视广播等传统媒体占比76.4%(97/127),微信网络等自媒体占比80.3%(102/127);学生获取途径中电视广播等传统媒体占比46.4%(218/470),微信网络等自媒体占比97.9%(460/470)。结论某卫生学校教职工和学生对COVID-19知识知晓率和应对COVID-19的基本技能整体情况尚可,教职工优于学生,网络媒体是COVID-19知识的主要来源,应持续加强对COVID-19的宣教。

Objective To understand the cognition of staff and students of a health school to corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),and to provide guidance for sustainable prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods A total of 127 staff members and 470 students from a health school from September to October 2020 were selected to investigate their cognition of COVID-19 using self-designed COVID-19 knowledge questionnaire.Results The overall correct rate of the staff and students in answering COVID-19 knowledge was 84.4% and 78.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall mastery rate of the basic skills of the staff and students to cope with COVID-19 was 83.0% and 76.5%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mastering rate of mask abandonment time was below 80% among 127 staff,while only washed their hands scientifically was over 80% among 470 students.Traditional media such as TV and radio accounted for 76.4%(97/127)and wemedia such as WeChat accounted for 80.3%(102/127)in the channels for faculty and staff to obtain knowledge sources of COVID-19.Traditional media such as TV and radio account for 46.4%(218/470),and we-media such as WeChat account for 97.9%(460/470).Conclusion The awareness rate of COVID-19 knowledge and the basic skills of coping with COVID-19 among the staff and students in a health school are still good,and the staff are better than the students.The network media is the main source of COVID-19 knowledge,so it should continue to strengthen the propaganda and education of COVID-19.
