宁神温胆汤中药治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效

Clinical effect of NingshenWendan decoction on schizophrenia

目的比较宁神温胆汤中药治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年至2019年福建省龙岩市第三医院中西医结合精神科收治的92例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机分为两组,每组46例。对照组采用阿立哌唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用宁神温胆汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、康复情况、社会功能恢复情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗8周后,观察组治疗总有效率为95.7%,高于对照组的76.1%,观察组社会功能缺陷评定量表(SDSS)、阳性及阴性症状(PANSS)量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论西药联合中药宁神温胆汤治疗精神分裂症疗效显著,可改善患者社会功能,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Ningshen Wendan decoction in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 92 schizophrenic patients admitted to the psychiatry department of Longyan Third Hospital of Fujian Province with integrated traditional and Western medicine from 2018 to 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups by computer,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aripiprazole,and the observation group was treated with Ningshen Wendan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,rehabilitation,social function recovery and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.7%,which was higher than 76.1%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SDSS and PANSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups.Conclusion The combination of western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine Ningshen Wendan decoction has significant curative effect on schizophrenia,can improve the social function of patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
