高流量呼吸湿化仪治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of high-flow respiratory humidifier in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure

目的探究高流量呼吸湿化仪治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选取60例本院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规低流量吸氧治疗,观察组采用高流量呼吸湿化吸氧治疗,比较两组临床疗效和血气指标水平。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组PaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高流量呼吸湿化仪治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者效果显著,可快速改善患者临床症状和血气指标水平,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high flow respiratory humidifier in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional low flow oxygen inhalation,and the observation group was treated with high flow humidification oxygen inhalation.The clinical efficacy and blood gas indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2));After treatment,the level of PaO_(2) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and PaCO_(2) was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High flow respiratory humidifier is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.It can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and blood gas index level of patients,accelerate the course of disease recovery,and is worthy of clinical application.
