构建患者术前知晓及主动配合手术流程在椎体成形术护理中的应用效果

The application effect of the construction of patients'preoperative awareness and active cooperation with the operation process in the preoperative nursing of vertebroplasty

目的探讨构建患者术前知晓及主动配合手术流程在椎体成形术围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2020年6月于本院因骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折接受椎体成形术的51例患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组(n=26)和对照组(n=25)。实验组接受术前知晓及主动配合手术流程护理干预,对照组采取常规护理干预。比较两组知晓及主动配合手术流程认知评分的掌握程度、术前焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、手术时间、术中视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和常规监测指标。结果实验组了解详细病情、知晓手术方法、了解手术步骤、过床及起床练习和配合手术评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术前SAS评分、术中血压、术中心率、术中呼吸频率、术中VAS评分均低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在椎体成形术患者中构建患者术前知晓及主动配合手术流程干预可改善护理效果,优化护理流程,促进患者恢复。

Objective To explore the application effect of the construction of patients’preoperative awareness and active cooperation with the operation process in the preoperative nursing of vertebroplasty.Methods 51 patients who underwent vertebroplasty for osteoportic vertebral comperession fractures in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2020,were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group(n=26)and control group(n=25).The experimental group received the nursing intervention strategy of preoperative awareness and active cooperation with the operation process,while the control group received the routine nursing intervention.The mastery of cognitive scores of awareness and active cooperation with surgical process,preoperative self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,operation time,intraoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score and routine monitoring indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of knowing the detailed condition and the operation method,understanding the operation steps,getting out of bed and getting up exercises,and cooperating with the operation in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The preoperative anxiety SAS score,intraoperative blood pressure,intraoperative heart rate,intraoperative respiratory rate,and intraoperative VAS score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that in the control group,and the operation time was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention program of preoperative awareness and active cooperation with the operation process can improve the nursing effect,optimize the nursing process and promote the recovery of patients undergoing vertebroplasty.
