肝胆系统疾病患者术后感染的相关因素及护理措施

Factors related to postoperative infection and nursing measures in patients with hepatobiliary diseases

目的分析肝胆系统疾病患者术后感染的相关因素及护理措施。方法选取2018年3月至2020年2月本院收治的70例肝胆系统疾病患者作为研究对象,按照收治时间分为研究组(2019年3月至2020年2月)与对照组(2018年3月至2019年2月),每组35例。通过分析对照组临床资料,探讨患者术后易发生感染的相关因素,研究组根据术后发生感染的相关因素制订护理方案,比较术后感染部位、感染病原菌构成。结果护理后,研究组术后各部位感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后感染革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝胆系统疾病患者术后发生感染的因素较多,临床应加强相关感染因素分析,及时制订系统且有效的预防措施,最大程度减少术后感染发生率,提升手术效果。

Objective To analyze the related factors and nursing measures of postoperative infection in patients with hepatobiliary diseases.Methods 70 patients with hepatobiliary diseases admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into the study group(March 2019 to February 2020)and the control group(March 2018 to February 2019),with 35 cases in each group.By analyzing the clinical data of the control group,the related factors of patients prone to infection after surgery were explored.The study group formulated nursing plans according to the related factors of postoperative infection,and compared the site of infection and the composition of infectious pathogens after infection.Results The composition of postoperative infection in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the composition of postoperative infection pathogens in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors of postoperative infection in patients with hepatobiliary system diseases,clinical analysis of related infection factors should be strengthened,systematic and effective preventive measures should be developed in time to minimize the incidence of postoperative infection and improve the effect of surgery.
