比索洛尔与地尔硫卓治疗老年单纯性收缩期高血压的降压疗效和安全性对比

Comparison of the antihypertensive efficacy and safety of bisoprolol and diltiazem in the treatment of isolated systolic hypertension in the elderly

目的分析比索洛尔与地尔硫卓治疗老年单纯性收缩期高血压的降压疗效和安全性。方法选取2020年1月至2021年3月本院收治的113例老年单纯性收缩期高血压患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式分为3组,A组(n=38)采用比索洛尔治疗;B组(n=40)采用地尔硫卓治疗;C组(n=35)采用硝苯地平控释片治疗,比较3组治疗前后血压、心率和安全性。结果治疗前,3组收缩压、舒张压及心率比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,3组血压和心率均低于治疗前,且C组收缩压、舒张压及心率均高于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、B组收缩压、舒张压及心率比较差异无统计学意义;3组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用比索洛尔及地尔硫卓治疗老年单纯性收缩期高血压患者,能有效降低患者血压和心率,临床疗效确切,但3种药物治疗的安全性无明显差异,在实际的临床治疗中,需根据患者的实际情况选择合适的治疗方案。

Objective To analyze the antihypertensive efficacy and safety of bisoprolol and diltiazem in the treatment of uncomplicated systolic hypertension in the elderly.Methods Atotal of 113 elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into three groups according to different treatment methods,and group A(n=38)was treated with bisoprolol,group B(n=40)was treated with diltiazem,group C(n=35)was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets,the blood pressure,heart rate and safety before and after treatment were compared among the three groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate among the three groups;after treatment,the blood pressure and heart rate of the three groups were lower than before treatment,and the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of group C were higher than those in group Aand group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in group A and group B.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups.Conclusion The treatment of bisoprolol and diltiazem in elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension can effectively reduce blood pressure and heart rate,and the clinical effect is certain,but there is no obvious difference in the safety of the three drug treatments.
