降糖宁胶囊联合地特胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Jiangtangning capsule combined with insulin detemir in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨降糖宁胶囊联合地特胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者中的应用效果。方法采用前瞻性随机试验方法,选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的60例GDM患者作为研究对象,按照掷骰子法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用皮下注射地特胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用降糖宁胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血糖水平[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)]及妊娠结局。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组FBG、2 h PG水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗4周后,两组FBG、2 h PG水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访至妊娠结束,观察组剖宫产率、新生儿低血糖率、巨大儿发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降糖宁胶囊联合地特胰岛素使用,可增强GDM治疗效果,有效降低血糖水平,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Jiangtangning capsule combined with insulin detemir in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Using the prospective randomized trial method,60 GDM patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the dice rolling method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of insulin detemir,and the observation group was treated with Jiangtangning capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels before and after treatment(fasting blood glucose[FBG],2 h postprandial blood glucose[2 h PG])and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results the total treatment effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FBG and 2 h PG levels between the two groups,after 4 weeks of treatment,the FBG and 2 h PG levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow up until the end of pregnancy,the cesarean section rate,neonatal hypoglycemia rate and macrosomia incidence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The using of Jiangtangning capsule combined with insulin detemir can enhance the therapeutic effect of GDM,effectively reduce blood glucose level and improve pregnancy outcome.
