中频治疗对后交叉韧带重建术后本体感觉恢复的影响

Effect of intermediate frequency therapy on proprioceptive recovery after posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

目的探讨中频治疗对后交叉韧带(PCL)重建术后本体感觉恢复的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2019年6月于南昌市洪都中医院行手术治疗的80例PCL损伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组在术后行普通康复训练,治疗组在对照组康复基础上行中频治疗。持续观察至术后3个月,比较两组膝关节功能、手术前后本体感觉[伯格平衡量表(BBS)评分]、膝关节疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]。结果治疗组膝关节功能优良率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组BBS评分、VAS评分、BBS评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后3个月,两组VAS评分均低于术前,BBS评分高于术前,且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,BBS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PCL重建术后使用中频治疗可减轻患者膝关节疼痛程度,促进本体感觉恢复,改善膝关节功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of MF therapy on proprioceptive recovery after posterior cruciate ligament(PCL)reconstruction.Methods A total of 80 patients with PCL injury who underwent surgery in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group underwent general rehabilitation training after surgery,and the treatment group underwent intermediate frequency treatment on the basis of the rehabilitation of the control group,The two groups were continuously observed until 3 months after surgery,and the knee function,proprioception before and after surgery[BOGE balance scale(BBS)score],and knee pain degree[visual analogue score(VAS)score]were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of knee joint function in the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there were no significant differences in VAS score and BBS score between the two groups.3 months after surgery,the VAS score was lower than that before surgery,and the BBS score of the two groups was higher than that before surgery,and the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the BBS score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of intermediate frequency therapy after PCL reconstruction can reduce the degree of knee pain,promote proprioceptive recovery,and improve knee function.
