枯草杆菌二联活菌联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效

The clinical efficacy of Bacillus subtilis combined with smecta dual live bacteria

目的探究枯草杆菌二联活菌联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月本院收治的80例小儿腹泻患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规止泻治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予枯草杆菌二联活菌联合思密达治疗。比较两组症状显著缓解时间、症状显著缓解情况、排便情况、药物相关不良事件发生情况、临床疗效及家属满意度。结果观察组症状显著缓解时间短于对照组,观察组症状显著缓解率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组排便良好率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组药物相关不良事件发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属满意度评分为(98.12±0.81)分,高于对照组的(79.82±3.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻起效迅速,临床疗效较好,可显著改善患者排便情况,降低药物相关不良事件发生率,提高家属满意度,应用价值较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bacillus subtilis combined with Smecta in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea.Methods A total of 80 pediatric patients with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional antidiarrheal therapy,and the observation group was given Bacillus subtilis combined with Smecta dual live on the basis of the control group.The time of significant symptom relief,significant symptom relief,bowel movement,drug-related adverse events,clinical efficacy and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The significant symptom relief time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the significant symptom relief rate in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the good defecation rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of drug-related adverse events in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 12.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the family satisfaction score of the observation group was(98.12±0.81),which was higher than that of the control group(79.82±3.25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bacillus subtilis combined with Smecta dual live in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea has rapid onset and good clinical efficacy,which can significantly improve the defecation status of patients,reduce the incidence of drug-related adverse events,improve family satisfaction,and have high application value,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
