合理用药软件在中药注射剂医院管理的创新应用实践

Innovative application practice of rational drug use software in hospital management of Traditional Chinese Medicine injection

目的探讨本院临床药师改进合理用药软件用药干预规则对中药注射剂临床应用的干预效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年5月(改进前)和2020年6月至2021年5月(改进后)于本院住院患者各240例。比较改进前后的住院患者中药注射剂用药人次、中药注射剂平均用药时间、中药注射剂总金额、中药注射剂占总药品费用比率、人均中药注射剂使用金额及药品总费用、不合理用药率。结果改进后,中药注射剂用药人次高于改进前,中药注射剂平均用药时间短于改进前,中药注射剂总金额、中药注射剂占总药品费用比率、人均中药注射剂使用金额及药品总费用均低于改进前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改进后不合理用药率明显低于改进前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过改进合理用药软件原有用药干预规则,可以显著提高中药注射剂临床用药合理性,缩短患者用药时间,降低其用药费用,有效落实医院相关药品管理政策。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of rational drug use software medication intervention rules improved by clinical pharmacists on the clinical application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)injection.Methods 240 inpatients were selected from June 2019 to May 2020(before improvement)and June 2020 to May 2021(after improvement).The number of inpatients using TCM injections before and after improvement,the average time of using TCM injections,the total amount of TCM injections,the ratio of TCM injections to the total drug cost,the per capita consumption amount of TCM injections and the total drug cost,and the rate of irrational drug use were compared.Results After improvement,the number of drug users of TCM injections was higher than before improvement,and the average time of drug use of TCM injections was shorter than before improvement,the total amount of TCM injections,the ratio of TCM injections to the total drug cost,the per capita consumption amount of TCM injections and the total drug cost were lower than before improvement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of irrational drug use after improvement was significantly lower than that before improvement,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By improving the original medication intervention rules of the rational drug use software,the rationality of clinical use of TCM injections can be significantly improved,the time of using medication for patients can be reduced,their medication costs can be reduced,and relevant drug management policies of hospitals can be effectively implemented.
