左卡尼汀治疗早产儿缺血缺氧性心肌损伤对肌酸激酶和肌酸激酶同工酶水平的影响

Effect of levcarnitine on creatine kinase and creatine kinase MB levels in the treatment of ischemic hypoxic myocardial injury in premature infants

摘要 目的探讨左卡尼汀治疗早产儿缺血缺氧性心肌损伤对肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2021年3月于本院出生的98例缺血缺氧性心肌损伤早产儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组49例。对照组给予常规对症支持治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合左卡尼汀治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后CK、CK-MB活性和质量水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.88%,明显高于对照组的77.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CK水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CK-MB活性、质量水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀治疗早产儿缺血缺氧性心肌损伤疗效显著,可改善患儿机体内CK、CK-MB水平,帮助其快速恢复,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the of levcarnitine on creatine kinase(CK)and creatine kinase MB(CK-MB)levels in the treatment of ischemic hypoxic myocardial injury in premature infants.Methods 98 premature infants with ischemic hypoxic myocardial injury born in our hospital from May 2018 to March 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional symptomatic support treatment,and the observation group was treated with levcarnitinee on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,activity and quality of CK and CK-MB before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.88%,which was significantly higher than 77.55%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CK levels in two groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the activity and quality of CK-MB in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levocarnitine is effective in the treatment of premature infants with hypoxic-ischemic myocardial injury,which can improve the levels of CK and CK-MB in the body and help them recover quickly,which is worthy of clinical application.
