美容整形手术治疗老年性下眼睑松弛的临床疗效

Clinical effect of cosmetic surgery on senile lower eyelid relaxation

目的探讨美容整形手术治疗老年性下眼睑松弛的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的72例老年性下眼睑松弛患者作为研究对象,患者均采用美容整形手术方法治疗。比较不同程度下睑松弛临床疗效;统计老年性下眼睑松弛患者的并发症发生率及术后恢复时间;调查老年性下眼睑松弛患者手术满意度;比较老年性下眼睑松弛患者手术前后生命质量评分。结果不同程度下睑松弛临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,72例老年性下眼睑松弛患者中,出现下睑移位1例,下睑外翻1例,并发症发生率为2.78%;患者术后恢复时间为64~94 d,平均(79.29±2.25)d。随访6个月后,患者很满意度为91.67%,较满意度为6.94%,不满意度为1.39%,总满意度为98.61%。术后,老年性下眼睑松弛患者心理健康、躯体健康、物质生活及社会功能评分均高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美容整形手术治疗老年性下眼睑松弛疗效显著,恢复时间短,并发症少,患者满意度较高,可明显提升生命质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cosmetic surgery on senile lower eyelid relaxation.Methods 72 patients with senile lower eyelid relaxation admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research subjects,all patients were treated with cosmetic plastic surgery.To compare the clinical effect of different degrees of lower eyelid relaxation.The incidence of complications and postoperative recovery time of senile patients with lower eyelid relaxation were analyzed.To investigate the surgical satisfaction of patients with senile lower eyelid relaxation.The quality of life score of senile patients with lower eyelid relaxation before and after surgery was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the clinical effect of lower eyelid relaxation.After treatment,among 72 patients with senile lower eyelid relaxation,there was 1 case of lower eyelid displacement and 1 case of lower eyelid ectropion,the complication rate was 2.78%.The postoperative recovery time of patients was 64-94 d,with an average of(79.29±2.25)d.After 6 months of follow-up,72 patients with senile lower eyelid relaxation were very satisfied was 91.67%,relatively satisfied was 6.94%,and dissatisfied was 1.39%,the total satisfaction was 98.61%.After operation,the scores of mental health,physical health,material life and social function of the patients with senile lower eyelid relaxation were higher than those before operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aesthetic plastic surgery in the treatment of senile lower eyelid relaxation has significant efficacy,short recovery time,fewer complications,high patient satisfaction,significantly improved quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
