负压封闭引流技术修复骨创伤创面软组织的应用效果

Application effect of negative pressure closed drainage technology in repairing soft tissue injury of bone trauma

目的探讨负压封闭引流技术修复骨创伤创面软组织的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的50例骨创伤创面软组织损伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组25例。对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取负压封闭引流技术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、康复指标、创面愈合情况及并发症发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组疼痛评分低于对照组,创面愈合时间、用药时间及住院时间均短于对照组,换药次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组创面愈合情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨创伤创面软组织修复中负压封闭引流技术的应用可明显增强治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛,促进创面愈合,减少并发症发生,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of negative pressure closed drainage technology in repairing soft tissue injury of bone trauma.Methods 50 patients with soft tissue injury of bone trauma admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received negative pressure closed drainage technology on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,rehabilitation indexes,wound healing and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 72.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the wound healing time,medication time and hospital stay were shorter than that of the control group,and the dressing change times were less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 32.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The negative pressure closed drainage technology in repairing soft tissue injury of bone trauma significantly enhance the therapeutic effect,relieve pain,promote wound healing,reduce complications,and shorten the length of hospital stay,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
