手法治疗联合电刺激用于产后腹直肌分离的临床研究

Clinical study on postpartum separation of rectus abdominis by manual therapy combined with electrical stimulation after delivery

目的探讨手法治疗联合电刺激用于产后腹直肌分离的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2022年1月本院收治的90例产后腹直肌分离产妇的临床资料,随机分为手法组、电刺激组及电刺激+手法组,每组30例。手法组采用手法治疗,电刺激组采用电刺激治疗,电刺激+手法组采用电刺激联合手法治疗。比较3组产妇腰背疼痛改善情况、腹直肌分离距离改善情况。结果3组腰背疼痛改善情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电刺激+手法组腰背部疼痛改善总有效率明显高于电刺激组及手法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组腹直肌分离距离改善情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电刺激+手法组腹直肌分离距离改善总有效率明显高于电刺激组及手法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法治疗联合电刺激治疗产后腹直肌分离效果显著,可改善产妇腰背部疼痛情况,缩短其直肌分离距离,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of manual therapy combined with electrical stimulation on separation of postpartum separation of rectus abdominis.Methods The clinical data of 90 postpartum women with postpartum separation of rectus abdominis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,they were randomly divided into manipulation group,electrical stimulation group and electrical stimulation+manipulation group,with 30 cases in each group.Manipulation group was treated with manipulation,electrical stimulation group was treated with electrical stimulation,and electrical stimulation+manipulation group was treated with combined manipulation.The improvement of lumbago and back pain and the separation distance of rectus abdominis in the three groups were compared.Results There was statistical significance in the improvement of lumbago and back pain among the three groups(P<0.05);the total effective rate of low back pain improvement in the electrical stimulation+manipulation group was significantly higher than that in the electrical stimulation and manipulation groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of the separation distance of rectus abdominis was statistically significant among the three groups(P<0.05);the total effective rate of improvement in the separation distance of rectus abdominis in the electrical stimulation+manipulation group was significantly higher than that in the electrical stimulation and manipulation groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Manipulation therapy combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum rectus abdominis separation effect is significant,can improve the maternal low back pain,shorten the separation distance of the rectus muscle,worthy of clinical application.
