Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huachansu combined with ibandronate sodium in the treatment of multiple myeloma ostealgia. Methods 60 patients with multiple myeloma admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ibandronate sodium, and the observation group was treated with Huachansu combined with ibandronate sodium. The pain symptoms, quality of life, adverse reactions and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the short form 36(SF-36)score was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. The treatment compliance in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huachansu combined with ibandronate sodium in the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma has significant clinical treatment, which can effectively relieve the bone pain symptoms of patients with high safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
