预成纤维桩修复方案对患者咬合力、咀嚼效率与修复效果的影响

Effect of pre-fiber pile post repair on occlusal force,chewing efficiency and repair effect of patients

目的探究预成纤维桩修复方案对患者咬合力、咀嚼效率与修复效果的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月本院收治的90例需口腔修复患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用可塑纤维桩修复,观察组采用预成纤维桩修复,比较两组修复前后咬合力评分、咀嚼功能评分、修复效果和修复体美观效果评分及并发症发生情况。结果修复前,两组咀嚼功能、咬合力评分比较差异无统计学意义;修复后,两组咀嚼功能、咬合力评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组修复成功率为95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组修复体外形和色泽评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的24.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用预成纤维桩修复进行口腔修复,修复效果良好,修复成功率高,有助于增强患者咀嚼功能,提高咬合力,提高修复体美观性,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广并应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of pre-fiber pile repair on occlusal force,chewing efficiency and repair effect.Methods 90 patients in need of oral rehabilitation admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was repaired by plastic fiber piles,and the observation group was repaired by pre-fiber piles,and the occlusal force score,chewing function score,repair effect and aesthetic effect score of the restoration and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before repair,there was no significant difference in chewing function and occlusal force scores between the two groups.After repair,the chewing function and occlusal force scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The repair success rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 82.22% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The restorative appearance and color scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 24.44% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of pre-fiber pile repair for oral restoration has good repair effect and high repair success rate,which is helpful to enhance patients'chewing function,improve occlusal force,improve the aesthetics of restoration,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
