蒲公英联合四联方案治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺旋杆菌感染相关性胃炎的疗效

Efficacy of Dandelion Combined with Quadruple Regimen in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Infection-related Gastritis of Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Type

目的探究蒲公英联合四联方案治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)相关性胃炎的疗效。方法选取2022年7月-2023年1月上饶市广信区人民医院收治的120例脾胃湿热型Hp相关性胃炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各60例。对照组行四联方案治疗(艾司奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+呋喃唑酮+果胶铋),治疗组则在对照组基础上联合蒲公英治疗,比较两组临床疗效、Hp根除率、中医症状积分、不良反应发生率。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);治疗组Hp根除率为96.67%,高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医症状积分(主症、次症、总分)小于治疗前,且治疗组小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为3.33%,小于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。结论蒲公英联合四联方案治疗脾胃湿热型Hp相关性胃炎的疗效肯定,可提高患者Hp根除率,改善其中医症状积分,减少药物不良反应。

Objective To explore the efficacy of dandelion combined with quadruple regimen in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-related gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.Methods A total of 120 patients with Hp-associated gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type admitted to Shangrao Guangxin District People's Hospital from July 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple regimen(esomeprazole+amoxicillin+furazolidone+bismuth pectin),while the treatment group was treated with dandelion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate,TCM symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total scores)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 3.33%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dandelion combined with quadruple regimen is effective in the treatment of Hp-related gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type,which can improve the eradication effect of Hp,improve the score of TCM symptoms and reduce adverse drug reactions.
