摘要 目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝唑片对阴道炎患者阴道乳酸菌恢复及复发的影响。方法选取2018年5月-2022年3月在我院治疗的62例阴道炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组采用甲硝唑片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状(白带异常、瘙痒)消失时间、乳酸杆菌恢复指标(乳酸杆菌阳性率、乳酸感杆菌阳性菌落>1/2检出率、产H_(2)O_(2)乳酸杆菌阳性率)、炎症因子[白细胞(WBC)、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]水平以及复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.55%,高于对照组的80.65%(P<0.05);观察组白带异常、瘙痒症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组乳酸杆菌阳性率、乳酸感杆菌阳性菌落>1/2检出率、产H_(2)O_(2)乳酸杆菌阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后WBC、EOS、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月,观察组复发率(6.45%)低于对照组(16.13%)(P<0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝唑片对阴道炎患者阴道乳酸菌恢复及复发均具有积极影响,可提高治疗效果,缩短症状消失时间,促进乳酸杆菌恢复,降低炎症因子水平和复发率,具有较高的有效性和安全性。 Objective To investigate the effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsule combined with metronidazole tablets on the recovery and recurrence of vaginal lactobacillus in patients with vaginitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with vaginitis treated in our hospital from May 2018 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole tablets,and the observation group was treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms(leucorrhea abnormality,pruritus),recovery index of lactic acid bacteria(positive rate of lactic acid bacteria,detection rate of lactic acid bacteria positive colony>1/2,positive rate of lactic acid bacteria producing H_(2)O_(2)),levels of inflammatory factors[white blood cell(WBC),peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS)count,C-reactive protein(CRP)]and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.55%,which was higher than 80.65%in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abnormal leucorrhea and pruritus in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of lactic acid bacteria,the positive rate of lactic acid bacteria positive colony>1/2 and the positive rate of lactic acid bacteria producing H_(2)O_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of WBC,EOS and CRP in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group(6.45%)was lower than that of the control group(16.13%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactobacillus vaginal capsule combined with metronidazole tablets has a positive effect on the recovery and recurrence of vaginal lactic acid bacteria in patients with vaginitis,which can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the time of symptom disappearance,promote the recovery of lactic acid bacteria,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and recurrence rate,and has high efficacy and safety.
