持续性人文关怀理念配合精细化护理对子宫肌瘤患者术后负性情绪及满意度的影响

Effect of Continuous Humanistic Care Concept Combined with Refined Nursing on Postoperative Negative Emotion and Satisfaction of Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨持续性人文关怀理念配合精细化护理对子宫肌瘤患者术后负性情绪及满意度的影响。方法选取2019年5月-2021年10月在我院妇科病房接受手术治疗的60例子宫肌瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予持续性人文关怀理念配合精细化护理,比较两组负性情绪(SAS和SDS评分)、护理满意度、术后恢复情况和疼痛程度。结果试验组护理后SAS和SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后24、48 h疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续性人文关怀理念配合精细化护理能有效减少子宫肌瘤患者术后负性情绪,促进患者术后恢复,减少患者疼痛,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous humanistic care concept combined with fine nursing on postoperative negative emotion and satisfaction of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods Sixty patients with uterine fibroids who underwent surgical treatment in the gynecological ward of our hospital from May 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given continuous humanistic care concept combined with fine nursing.The negative emotions(SAS and SDS scores),nursing satisfaction,postoperative recovery and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anal exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores at 24 and 48 h after operation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous humanistic care concept combined with refined nursing can effectively reduce the postoperative negative emotions of patients with uterine fibroids,promote postoperative recovery,reduce pain and improve patient satisfaction.
