LncRNA-MALAT1在心肌缺血再灌注中的研究进展

摘要 缺血会导致心肌的超微结构、能量代谢以及心脏功能发生一系列的损伤,在血管再通之后加剧了该损伤,甚至引起心律失常,根据缺血再灌注引发的心肌损伤的病理学特点和相关分子调节机制研发临床相关药物迫在眉睫。近年来长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)因其在心血管方面的调控作用而被广泛关注。其中,转移相关肺腺癌转录本1(MALAT1)与缺血再灌注诱导的心肌细胞凋亡、炎症反应以及血管内皮损伤等密切相关,本文主要对MALAT1与心肌缺血再灌注的关系进行综述。 Ischemia can lead to to a series of injuries to the ultrastructure,energy metabolism and heart function of the myocardium,which will exacerbate the damage after vascular recirculation,and even cause arrhythmias.Therefore,it is urgent to develop clinically relevant drugs based on the pathological characteristics of myocardial injury caused by ischemia-reperfusion and related molecular regulatory mechanisms.In recent years,long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)has been widely concerned because of its role in cardiovascular regulation.Among them,metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1)is closely related to myocardial cell apoptosis,inflammatory response and vascular endothelial injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion.This article reviews the relationship between MALAT1 and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion.
