两种不同材料环抱器在多根肋骨骨折中的应用

Application of two kinds of different materials ring in the treatment of multiple rib fractures

目的探讨两种不同材料环抱器在多根肋骨骨折中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2021年4月于本院行环抱器治疗的74例多根肋骨骨折患者的临床资料,并根据环抱器材质的不同分为记忆合金组(n=32)与钛合金组(n=42)。比较两组围手术期指标、随访情况、临床疗效及术后并发症发生情况。结果两组手术时间、住院时间比较差异无统计学意义;记忆合金组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于钛合金组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组切口愈合不佳、不吸氧SaO2<95%、胸廓畸形及环抱器固定在位发生率比较差异无统计学意义。两组总优良率、术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论记忆合金环抱器与钛合金环抱器应用于多根肋骨骨折中均具有显著疗效,记忆合金环抱器虽术后疼痛较轻,但不能塑性,使用受限;钛合金环抱器虽术后疼痛较重,但可塑形,适用于肋骨各个部位,临床治疗中可根据患者情况及需求选择合适的环抱器。

Objective To investigate the application effect of two different materials ring for the treatment of multiple rib fractures.Methods The clinical data of 74 patients with multiple rib fractures who were treated with the ring device in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into memory alloy group(n=32)and titanium alloy group(n=42)according to the different materials of the ring device.The perioperative indicators,follow-up,clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,hospital stay between the two groups;the visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the memory alloy group was lower than that in the titanium alloy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of poor wound healing,proportion of SaO2<95%without oxygen inhalation,proportion of thoracic malformation,and proportion of recliner fixation between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the total excellent and good rate and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Conclusion Both memory alloy ring device and titanium alloy ring device have significant efficacy in the application of multiple rib fractures.Although the postoperative pain of memory alloy ring device is mild,it is not plastic and its use is limited.Although the postoperative pain is heavy,but can be shaped and is suitable for all parts of the ribs.In clinical treatment,the appropriate ring device can be selected according to the patients'condition and needs.
