MRI与CT评估原发性肝癌治疗后癌肿残留的对比研究

A comparative study of MRI and CT in the evaluation of residual cancer after treatment for primary hepatic carcinoma

目的探讨MRI与CT评估原发性肝癌(PHC)治疗后癌肿残留的价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月本院收治的98例PHC患者作为研究对象,均接受MRI和CT影像检查,比较MRI和CT检查的诊断结果及价值。结果MRI检查肝内、肝外癌肿残留灶检出率均明显高于CT检查,病灶个数均明显多于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI检查PHC治疗后癌肿残留灶灵敏度、特异度、诊断符合率均明显高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2、4、6个月,MRI检查癌肿残留准确率均明显高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRI检查诊断PHC治疗后癌肿残留灵敏度、特异度、诊断符合率、准确率均更高,临床诊断价值较高,可为临床治疗提供参考依据。

Objective To investigate the value of MRI and CT in evaluating residual cancer after treatment for primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC).Methods A total of 98 patients with PHC who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and all received MRI and CT imaging examinations,and the diagnostic results and diagnosis values of MRI and CT imaging examinations were compared.Results The detection rate of intrahepatic and extrahepatic residual tumor lesions in MRI examination was significantly higher than that in CT examination,and the number of lesions was significantly higher than that in CT examination,and the differencse were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,diagnostic consistency of MRI examination of residual cancer after PHC treatment were significantly higher than those of CT examination,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2,4,and 6 months after treatment,the accuracy of MRI examination of residual cancer was significantly higher than that of CT examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sensitivity,specificity,diagnostic coincidence rate,and accuracy rate of MRI in diagnosing residual cancer after PHC treatment are higher,and the clinical diagnostic value is higher,which can provide a reference for clinical treatment.
