临床护理人员对皮肤撕裂伤预防与管理的认知行为调查研究

Investigation on the cognitive behavior of clinical nurses on the prevention and management of skin laceration

目的调查临床护理人员对皮肤撕裂伤的预防与管理的知晓情况,分析其影响因素,以制定针对性干预措施。方法选取2020年3月6家医院510名临床护理人员作为研究对象,采用自制问卷星调查临床护理人员对皮肤撕裂伤的预防与管理知晓情况,分析影响护理人员预防与管理认知的相关因素。结果510名临床护理人员对皮肤撕裂伤的预防与管理知晓评分为(27.48±5.19)分。职称、学历、工作年限、做过相关培训、科室是护理人员预防与管理知晓情况的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论临床护理人员对皮肤撕裂伤的预防与管理知晓一般,各级医院需通过系统培训提高临床护理人员对皮肤撕裂伤预防与管理的认知,有针对性地落实皮肤撕裂伤的评估及预防措施,并纳入常规质量管理,进一步改善皮肤撕裂伤高风险患者的临床结局。

Objective To investigate the awareness of clinical nurses on the prevention and management of skin laceration and analyze its influencing factors,so as to formulate targeted intervention measures.Methods A total of 510 clinical nurses from 6 hospitals in March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,the self-made questionnaire Star was used to investigate the awareness of clinical nurses on the prevention and management of skin laceration,and the related factors affecting the cognition of nurses on the prevention and management of skin laceration were analyzed.Results The awareness score of 510 clinical nurses on the prevention and management of skin laceration was(27.48±5.19)scores.Professional title,educational background,working years and related training were the influencing factors of prevention and management awareness of nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing staff for the prevention and management of skin laceration know,general hospitals at all levels should be through the system training to improve clinical nursing staff to the skin laceration of prevention and management of the cognition,targeted to carry out the assessment of the skin laceration and preventive measures,and incorporated into the routine quality management,further improve the clinical outcome of skin laceration of high-risk patients.
