黄芪建中汤与穴位贴敷疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者的临床效果分析

Analysis of astragalus Jianzhong decoction and acupoint application therapy in patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency

目的探讨黄芪建中汤与穴位贴敷在脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎中的应用价值。方法选取2018年7月至2020年11月本院收治的94例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为常规组和联合组,每组47例。常规组采用西医治疗,联合组在西医治疗基础上采用黄芪建中汤联合穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组中医证候(包括胃脘胀痛、上腹不适、嗳气恶心、食欲不振)积分及临床疗效。结果联合组治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于常规组的82.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组嗳气恶心、胃脘胀痛、上腹不适、食欲不振积分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组嗳气恶心、胃脘胀痛、上腹不适、食欲不振积分均低于治疗前,且联合组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤联合穴位贴敷疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者疗效确切,有助于促进改善临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of Astragalus Jianzhong decoction and acupoint application in chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency from July 2018 to November 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into conventional group and combined group according to different treatment options,with 47 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Western medicine,and the combined group was treated with astragalus Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of Western medical treatment,and the scores and clinical efficacy of medical symptoms(including stomach pain,epigastric discomfort,belching nausea,loss of appetite)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was 95.74%,which was higher than 82.98%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in belching nausea,stomach tenderness,epigastric discomfort,and loss of appetite between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of belching nausea,stomach tenderness,epigastric discomfort and loss of appetite of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application therapy has definite effect in the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency,which is helpful to promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
