静脉用药调配中心数字化质量管理指标体系的构建及应用

Construction and application of digital quality management index system in intravenous drug dispensing center

目的分析静脉用药调配中心构建数字化质量管理指标体系的效果与应用情况。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月本院统计的静脉用药调配中心相关交班登记簿中审方(2018年3087300条、2019年3331900条、2020年3517500条)、贴签(2018年1616400袋、2019年1744400袋、2020年1846200袋)、排药(2018年3087400条、3332000条、3517600条)、调配(2018年1616400袋、2019年1744500袋、2020年1846300袋)、复核包装(2018年3087400条、2019年3332000条、2020年3517600条)数据作为研究对象,比较3年质量核心数据(审方、贴签、排药、调配、复核包装)错误发生情况。结果构建数字化质量管理指标体系后,2020年的审方错误率、贴签错误率、排药错误率、调配错误率、复核包装错误率均低于2018年、2019年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院静脉用药调配中心,利用历史工作数据将五项核心质量指标数字化处理后,并参考该指标持续性改进优化本科室常规工作开展的相关质量,可降低错误发生率,使静脉用药调配中心相关管理工作更高效、更规范。

Objective To analyze the effect and application of digital quality management index system in intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,the review party(3087300 pieces in 2018,3331900 pieces in 2019,3517500 pieces in 2020),labeling(1616400 bags in 2018,1744400 bags in 2019,1846200 bags in 2020),and drug discharge(3087400 pieces in 2018,3332000 pieces and 3517600 pieces in 2018),allocation(1616400 bags in 2018,1744500 bags in 2019,1846300 bags in 2020),and review packaging(3087400 pieces in 2018,3332000 pieces in 2019,3517600 pieces in 2020)were selected as the research subjects,and the occurrence of errors in the core quality data(review,labeling,discharging,dispensing,and re-packaging)in the three years were compared.Results After the establishment of the digital quality management index system,the error rate,labeling error rate,scheduling error rate,dispensing error rate and review packaging error rate in 2020 were lower than those in 2018 and 2019,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital intravenous drug dispensing center can reduce the incidence of errors and make the relevant management of the intravenous drug dispensing center more efficient and standardized after digitizing the five core quality indicators by using historical work data and continuously improving the index.
