广州市白云区三级综合医院保洁员医院感染管理知识技能现状调查及对策研究

Investigation on the current situation of infection management knowledge and skills of cleaners of Guangzhou Baiyun district tertiary general hospital and research on countermeasures

目的分析广州市白云区三级综合医院保洁员医院感染管理知识技能现状,并提出相应的改进对策,以提高保洁工作质量。方法采用分层抽样法抽取广州市白云区三级综合医院的300名保洁员作为研究对象,进行医院感染管理知识技能问卷调查,比较改进前后保洁员手部细菌学检测合格率,院感预防措施落实达标率及患者对保洁工作满意度。结果白云区三级综合医院保洁员上岗前均进行过医院感染知识技能培训,其中91.67%保洁员接受过公司及医院的双重培训;97.33%的保洁员上班时一天洗手≥4次,50.67%保洁员工作时不戴手套,11.33%保洁员认为戴手套可以按电梯,98.67%保洁员不会配置工作用的消毒剂,28.00%保洁员被尖锐物品扎伤过,71.67%保洁员不在医院被服房统一清洗工作服。91.67%的保洁员认为很需要院感知识技能培训,其中,67.67%的保洁员认为医院护理人员负责培训较好。改进后,保洁员手部细菌学检测合格率为95.67%,高于改进前的83.00%;保洁员院感预防措施落实达标率为97.67%,高于改进前的84.33%;患者对保洁工作满意度为98.67%,高于改进前的87.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论广州市白云区三级综合医院保洁员的医院感染管理知识技能仍有待提升,根据调查结果进行针对性整改后,保洁员的医院感染管理知识技能知晓率和手部细菌学检测合格率和医院感染措施落实率均提升,并可改善患者对保洁工作满意度,具有一定参考价值。

Objective To analyze the current situation of hospital infection management knowledge and skills of cleaners in the tertiary general hospital of Guangzhou Baiyun district,and to propose corresponding improvement countermeasures to improve the quality of cleaning work.Methods A stratified sampling method was used to select 300 cleaners from Guangzhou Baiyun district tertiary general hospital as research objects,and a questionnaire survey on hospital infection management knowledge and skills was carried out,and the pass rate of hand bacteriological detection of cleaners before and after improvement,the implementation rate of hospital sensory prevention measures and patients'satisfaction with cleaning work were compared.Results The cleaners of the tertiary general hospital in Baiyun district all underwent hospital infection knowledge and skills training before taking up their posts,and 91.67%of the cleaners received dual training from the company and the hospital.97.33%of the cleaners washed their hands≥4 times a day when they went to work,50.67%of the cleaners did not wear gloves when they worked,11.33%of the cleaners thought that wearing gloves could press the elevator,98.67%of the cleaners would not be equipped with disinfectants for work,28.00%of the cleaners were pricked by sharp subjects,and 71.67%of the cleaners were not in the hospital to wash their work clothes uniformly.91.67%of the cleaners believe that there is a great need for hospital knowledge and skills training,of which 67.67%of the cleaners think that the hospital nursing staff is responsible for training well.After the improvement,the pass rate of hand bacteriological detection of cleaners was 95.67%,which was higher than 83.00%before the improvement;the implementation rate of hospital sense preventive measures for cleaners was 97.67%,higher than 84.33%before improvement.The patients'satisfaction with cleaning work was 98.67%,which was higher than 87.33%before improvement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge and skills of hospital infection management of cleaners in the tertiary general hospital of Baiyun District of Guangzhou still need to be improved,and after targeted rectification according to the survey results,the knowledge rate of hospital infection management knowledge and skills,the pass rate of hand bacteriological detection and the implementation rate of hospital infection measures of cleaners are improved,and can improve patients'satisfaction with cleaning work,which has certain reference value.
