腔内激光闭合术与静脉剥脱术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效及对患者疼痛程度的影响

Clinical efficacy of endovenous laser closure and venous decortication in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities and their effect on the degree of pain in patients

目的分析静脉剥脱术、腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效及对患者疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月本院收治的60例下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,采用信封法随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组行腔内激光闭合术,研究组行静脉剥脱术联合腔内激光闭合术。比较两组临床疗效、术后第1~2天视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、并发症发生情况、术后住院时间。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率、住院时间、术后第1天及术后第2天VAS评分、对照组术后第1天与术后第2天VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后第2天,研究组VAS评分低于术后第1天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉剥脱术联合腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张疗效确切,且未影响并发症发生率、可减轻患者疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of venous peeling and endovenous laser closure in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities and their effects on the pain degree of patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and research group according to envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent end-luminal laser closure,and the study group underwent venous decortication combined with endoluminal laser closure.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue score(VAS)score on the 1-2 postoperative day after surgery,the occurrence of complications,and the postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in complication rate,length of hospital stay,VAS scores on postoperative day 1 and postoperative day 2,and VAS scores on postoperative day 1 and postoperative day 2 in the control group;on postoperative day 2,the VAS score in the study group was lower than on postoperative day 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Venous peeling combined with endovenous laser closure has a definite effect in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities,does not affect the morbidity of complications,and can reduce the pain degree of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
