肺纤维支气管镜联合细胞病理学检查诊断肺癌的临床价值

摘要 目的探究肺纤维支气管镜联合细胞病理学检查诊断肺癌的临床价值。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月本院收治的80例肺癌患者作为研究对象,均分别进行CT检查联合细胞病理学检查及肺纤维支气管镜联合细胞病理学检查,以组织病理学检查作为金标准,比较两种检测方法的肺癌诊断符合率。结果组织病理学检查结果显示,鳞癌19例、腺癌10例、小细胞癌17例、大细胞癌14例、良性病变20例,恶性病变合计60例;肺纤维支气管镜联合细胞病理学检查诊断57例肺癌患者,CT检查联合细胞病理学检查诊断42例肺癌患者,肺纤维支气管镜联合细胞病理学检查诊断符合率为95.00%,高于CT检查的70.00%及CT联合细胞病理学检查的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺纤维支气管镜联合细胞病理学检查诊断符合率高,安全便捷,可诊断和辨别肺癌分类,为后续治疗提供技术支持。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of pulmonary fiber bronchoscopy combined with cytopathological examination in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods A total of 80 lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and CT examination combined with cytopathological examination and pulmonary fiber bronchoscopy combined with cytopathological examination were respectively,and histopathological examination was used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic compliance rate of lung cancer between the two detection methods.Results Histopathological examination results showed that there were 19 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,10 cases of adenocarcinoma,17 cases of small cell carcinoma,14 cases of large cell carcinoma,20 cases of benign lesions,and a total of 60 cases of malignant lesions.Among the 80 patients,57 patients with lung cancer were diagnosed by pulmonary fiber bronchoscopy combined with cytopathological examination,42 patients were diagnosed by CT examination combined with cytopathological examination,and the diagnostic compliance rate of pulmonary fiber bronchoscopy combined with cytopathological examination was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of CT examination and 83.33%of CT combined with cytopathological examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary fiber bronchoscopy combined with cytopathological examination has a high diagnostic compliance rate,is safe and convenient,can diagnose and distinguish lung cancer classification,and provide technical support for subsequent treatment.
