摘要
目的探究复方邻苯二甲醛(OPA)消毒液在内镜消毒中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1—12月本院的100套需消毒内镜作为研究对象,按照是否采用OPA消毒液进行消毒分为观察组与对照组,每组50套。两组均进行细菌培养,比较消毒作用。结果以硫酸氢钠(5 g/L)+卵磷脂(5 g/L)+磷酸盐缓冲溶液(50 g/L吐温80℃)作为OPA消毒剂的中和剂较为适宜;消毒前,两组杀菌效果比较差异无统计学意义;消毒后,观察组内镜的细菌培养计数明显少于消毒前,且少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经OPA消毒液消毒的内镜于37℃保温箱存放90 d后,复方邻苯二甲醛含量平均下降率为3.24%;OPA消毒液对不锈钢材质的腐蚀速率为0.000 mm/a,对铜、铝材质的腐蚀速率分别为0.022、0.041 mm/a,属于轻度腐蚀;对碳钢材质的腐蚀速率为0.178 mm/a,属于中度腐蚀。结论使用OPA消毒液进行内镜消毒杀菌效果较好,且稳定性较强,对金属材质的腐蚀性较弱,可有效避免内镜在消毒过程中的腐蚀损坏。
Objective To investigate the application value of o-phthalaldehyde(OPA)disinfectant in endoscopic disinfection.Methods A total of 100 sets of disinfectant endoscopes from January to December 2020 of our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to whether OPA disinfectant solution was used for disinfection,with 50 sets in each group.Both groups underwent bacterial culture,the disinfection effect was compared.Results Sodium bisulfate(5 g/L)+lecithin(5 g/L)+phosphate buffer solution(50 g/L Tween 80°C)was suitable as the neutralizing agent of OPA disinfectant.Before disinfection,there was no significant difference in sterilization effect between the two groups;after disinfection,the bacterial culture count of endoscopy in the observation group was significantly less than that before disinfection,and less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the endoscopes disinfected by OPA disinfectant were stored in an incubator at 37°C for 90 days,the average decrease rate of o-phthalaldehyde content was 3.24%.The corrosion rate of OPA disinfectant to stainless steel was 0.000 mm/a,and the corrosion rate of copper and aluminum was 0.022 and 0.041 mm/a,respectively,which was mild corrosion.The corrosion rate of carbon steel material is 0.178 mm/a,which is moderate corrosion.Conclusion The use of OPA disinfectant solution for endoscopic disinfection and sterilization has good effect,strong stability,and weak corrosion to metal materials,which can effectively avoid corrosion damage of endoscopes during the disinfection process.
