彩超监测下温氯化钠溶液灌肠在小儿肠套叠复位术的应用

Application of warm normal saline enema under color Doppler ultrasound monitoring in reduction of intussusception in children

目的探讨彩超监测下温氯化钠溶液灌肠在小儿肠套叠复位术中的应用。方法选取2018年1月至2022年3月于本院就诊的80例小儿肠套叠患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用X线透视下空气灌肠复位治疗,研究组采用彩超监视下温氯化钠溶液灌肠复位治疗。比较两组复位情况、手术时间和并发症发生情况。结果研究组一次复位成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用彩超监测下温氯化钠溶液灌肠复位治疗小儿肠套叠患者疗效确切,一次复位成功率高且手术时间短,未增加并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of warm saline enema under color ultrasound monitoring in pediatric intussusception reduction.Methods A total of 80 pediatric intussusception patients who visited our hospital from January 2018 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with air enema reduction under X-ray fluoroscopy,and the study group was treated with temperature saline enema reduction under color ultrasound monitoring.The in terms of reduction,operation time and complicaions were compared bewteen two groups.Results The success rate of one-time reduction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complications between the two groups.Conclusion The use of color ultrasound monitoring under warm normal saline enema reduction in pediatric intussusception patients has definite efficacy,high success rate of one reduction,short operation time,and no complications added,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
