通窍活血方对瘀血证偏头痛患者疼痛症状及血液流变学的影响

The effect of Tongxiao Blood Formula on pain symptoms and blood rheology in patients with migraine with blood stasis

目的探究通窍活血方对瘀血证偏头痛患者疼痛症状、血液流变学的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年4月本院收治的82例瘀血证偏头痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪胶囊口服治疗,观察组给予通窍活血方治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后头痛症状程度和头痛发作情况及血液流变学指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%,明显高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组头痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、头痛发作频次、每次头痛持续时间、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组头痛VAS评分均低于治疗前,两组头痛发作频次均少于治疗前,每次头痛持续时间均短于治疗前,且观察组头痛VAS评分低于对照组,且头痛发作频次少于对照组,每次头痛持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通窍活血方治疗瘀血证偏头痛患者的疗效显著,可显著缓解头痛症状,改善血液流变学指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxiao Blood Formula on pain symptoms and blood rheology in patients with migraine with blood stasis.Methods A total of 82 patients with migraine with blood stasis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given oral treatment with flunarizine capsules,and the observation group was given the treatment with Tongxiao Blood Formula,and the clinical efficacy,the degree of headache symptoms,headache onset and blood rheological indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than 75.61%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in headache visual analogue score(VAS)score,headache attack frequency,duration of each headache,plasma viscosity,whole blood low cut viscosity,and whole blood high cut viscosity.After treatment,the headache VAS score of both groups was lower than that before treatment,the frequency of headache attacks in both groups was less than before treatment,and the duration of each headache was shorter than before treatment,and the headache VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the frequency of headache attacks was less than that of the control group,and the duration of each headache was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity,whole blood low cut viscosity and whole blood high cut viscosity in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Tongxiao Blood Formula in the treatment of migraine patients with blood stasis is remarkable,which can significantly relieve headache symptoms and improve blood rheological indexes,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
