自身免疫性抗体检测在肝病诊断中的应用效果

Application effect of autoimmune antibody detection in the diagnosis of liver disease

目的探讨自身免疫性抗体检测在肝病诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月于本院检查治疗的94例肝病患者作为研究对象,按照病情分为观察组(自身免疫性肝病,n=62)和对照组(其他肝病,n=32)。两组均进行自身免疫性抗体检测和肝功能指标检测,比较两组自身免疫性抗体水平和肝功能指标。结果观察组天冬氨酸转氨酶、血清丙氨酸转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、谷氨酰转肽酶、免疫球蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自身免疫性抗体阳性检出率为69.35%,高于对照组的0.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抗核抗体阳性率为59.67%,明显高于对照组的37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自身免疫性抗体检测能准确诊断自身免疫性肝病,可区别于其他肝脏疾病,为制订治疗方案提供可靠的数据支持,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application effect of autoimmune antibody detection in the diagnosis of liver disease.Methods A total of 94 patients with liver disease who were examined and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group(autoimmune liver disease,n=62)and control group(other liver diseases,n=32).Autoimmune antibody detection and liver function index detection were carried out in both groups,and the level of autoimmune antibody and liver function index level were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of aspartate aminotransferase,serum alanine aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,glutamyl transpeptidase and immunoglobulin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Positive detection rate of autoimmune antibodies of the observation group was 69.35%,which was higher than 0.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and antinuclear antibody positivity rate in the observation group was 59.67%,which was significantly higher than 37.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Autoimmune antibody detection can accurately diagnose autoimmune liver disease,which can be different from other liver diseases,provide reliable data support for the formulation of treatment plans,and have high clinical application value.
