SimMan 3G高端模拟人在情景模拟教学中的效果

摘要 目的探讨SimMan 3G高端模拟人在情景模拟教学中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年10月本院接收的88例医学院临床实习学生作为研究对象,按照抛硬币法分为对照组和研究组,每组44例。对照组给予普通模拟人情境模拟教学,研究组给予SimMan 3G高端模拟人情景模拟教学,比较两组考核成绩情况、学员对教学成果肯定情况及情景模拟课程开展情况。结果研究组理论成绩、临床技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。课程目标清晰、整体难度适中、能对紧急情况做出反应、课程利于成功通过技能场景、有信心运用技能、内容讲述清楚肯定率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。设置环境、维持环境、过程调理、组织讨论、探索差距、帮助改进评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床实习医学生通过SimMan 3G高端模拟人进行情景模拟教学,可以提升学生考核成绩,优化教学效果,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value of SimMan 3G high-end simulator in situational simulation teaching.Methods 88 medical school clinical practice students from January 2017 to October 20019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into a control group and a research group according to the coin toss method,44 cases in each group.The control group was given general simulator scenario simulation teaching,and the research group was given SimMan 3G high-end simulator scenario simulation teaching,and the assessment results,students'affirmation of teaching achievements and scenario simulation course development were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical and clinical skill scores of the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The course objectives were clear,the overall difficulty was moderate,the ability to respond to emergencies,the course was conducive to successfully passing skill scenarios,the confidence in using skills,and the content was clearly described and the affirmation rate was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Setting the environment,maintaining the environment,process conditioning,organizing discussions,exploring gaps,helping to improve the score,and the total score were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical practice medical students'scenario-based simulation teaching through SimMan 3G high-end simulation teaching can improve students'assessment performance and optimize the teaching effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
