中药配方颗粒药效学研究进展

Research progress on pharmacodynamics of Chinese medicine formula granules

中药配方颗粒是经提取浓缩制成的,可在临床上使用的颗粒,即可保留原中药饮片的优势,又可满足医师的临床需求,可根据病情进行加减,保证药效,具有无需煎煮、直接冲服、用量少、起效快等优点,临床应用越来越广泛。本文就临床上中药配方颗粒药效学研究进展做一综述,以期为相关研究提供参考依据。

Chinese medicine formula granules are prepared by extraction and concentration,which can be used clinically.They can not only retain the advantages of the original Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction pieces,but also meet the clinical needs of doctors,they can be added or subtracted according to the patients'condition to ensure the efficacy,they have the advantages of no need to decoct,direct preparation,small dosage,and quick onset of effect,which was increasingly widely used in clinical applications.In this paper,the progress of pharmacodynamics of Chinese medicine formula granules in clinic was reviewed,in order to provide reference for related research.
