健胃消食片联合常规西药治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效和安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of Jianwei Xiaoshi tablets combined with conventionalWestern medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的探讨健胃消食片联合常规西药治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年9月于宜春学院第二附属医院就诊的80例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合健胃消食片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、胃内残存率、症状缓解情况与不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组餐后15、30、60 min胃内残留率比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组餐后15、30、60 min胃内残留率均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论健胃消食片联合常规西药治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著,可降低胃内残留率,且不增加不良反应,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianwei Xiaoshi tablets combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 80 patients with functional dyspepsia who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Yichun University from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,the observation group was treated with Jianwei Xiaoshi tablets on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,gastric residual rate,symptom relief and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the gastric residual rate between the two groups at 15,30 and 60 min after meal;after treatment,the gastric residual rate of 15,30,and 60 min after meals in the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Jianwei Xiaoshi tablets combined with conventional Western medicine has significant curative effectin the treatment of functional dyspepsia,can reduce gastric residual rate,does not increase adverse reactions,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
