电切术联合手术去势对前列腺癌患者前列腺症状改善情况和生命质量及血清生长因子水平的影响

Effects of electrosurgical resection combined with surgical castration on the improvement of prostate symptoms,quality of life and the levels of serum growth factors in patients with prostate cancer

目的探究电切术联合手术去势对前列腺癌患者前列腺症状改善情况、生命质量及血清生长因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2021年2月本院收治的68例前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各34例。对照组采用间断性内分泌治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予电切术联合手术去势治疗。比较两组治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量量表(QOL)评分及血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果治疗后,两组IPSS评分和血清VEGF、IGF-1水平均明显低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生理领域、心理领域、独立性领域、社会关系领域、环境领域、精神领域评分均高于治疗前,且研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电切术联合手术去势治疗前列腺癌效果显著,可有效改善患者前列腺症状,降低血清VEGF、IGF-1水平,抑制肿瘤生长,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of electrosurgical resection combined with surgical castration on the improvement of prostate symptoms,quality of life and the levels of serum growth factor in patients with prostate cancer.Methods A total of 68 patients with prostate cancer who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intermittent endocrine therapy,while the study group was treated with electrosurgical resection combined with surgical castration on the basis of the control group.The international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life scale(QOL)score,and the levels of serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of IPSS,the levels of serum VEGF and IGF-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological domains,psychological domains,independence domains,social relation domains,environmental domains,and spiritual domains of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,tion combined with surgical castration in the treatment of prostate cancer has significant effect,can effectively improve prostate symptoms,reduce serum VEGF and IGF-1 levels,and inhibit tumor growth of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
