不同全口义齿修复方案对牙槽嵴中重度吸收无牙[牙合]患者咀嚼效率的影响比较

Comparison of the effects of different complete denture restoration schemes on masticatory efficiency of edentulous patients with moderate or severe alveolar ridge absorption

目的比较不同全口义齿修复方案对牙槽嵴中重度吸收无牙[牙合]患者咀嚼效率的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2020年6月于本院接受治疗的60例牙槽嵴中重度吸收无牙[牙合]患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组30例。A组接受解剖式双侧平衡[牙合]全口义齿修复,B组接受舌向集中[牙合]全口义齿修复,比较两组咀嚼效率、咬合力和全口义齿满意度。结果戴用1周后,两组咀嚼效率、咬合力比较差异无统计学意义;戴用3个月后,两组咀嚼效率和咬合力均高于戴用1周后,且B组高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。戴用3个月后,两组全口义齿的美观性和语音功能满意度比较差异无统计学意义;B组咀嚼功能、固位功能和舒适度的满意度均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与解剖式双侧平衡[牙合]全口义齿比较,舌向集中[牙合]全口义齿修复方案可使牙槽嵴中重度吸收无牙[牙合]患者获得更理想的咀嚼效能和咬合力,提高患者对全口义齿的满意度。

Objective To compare the effects of different complete denture restoration schemes on masticatory efficiency of edentulous patients with moderate or severe alveolar ridge absorption.Methods 60 cases of edentulous occlusion patients with moderate or severe alveolar ridge absorption who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into group A and group B according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Group A received anatomical bilateral balanced occlusion complete dentures restoration,while group B received lingualized occlusion centralized complete dentures restoration,the masticatory efficiency,bite force and satisfaction of complete dentures were compared between the two groups.Results After wearing for 1 week,there was no significant difference in masticatory efficiency and bite force between the two groups;after wearing for 3 months,the masticatory efficiency and bite force of the two groups were higher than those of wearing for 1 week,and group B was higher than group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After wearing for 3 months,there was no significant difference in aesthetics and speech function satisfaction between the two groups;the satisfaction of masticatory function,retention function and comfort of complete denture in group B was higher than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with anatomical bilateral balanced occlusion complete dentures restoration,lingualized occlusion centralized complete dentures restoration can make edentulous patients with moderate or severe alveolar ridge absorption obtain better masticato-ry efficiency and bite force,and improve patients'satisfaction with complete dentures.
